srcg designed a strategic framework to enable PepsiCo to better meet convenience shopper and retailer needs. Through collaboration with key retailers; BP, Wawa, SSP and Conoco Phillips; PepsiCo uncovered the essential elements of success in the convenience channel.
After 12 months the retailers' results included a 35% growth in soft drinks and a 10% growth in salty snacks. PepsiCo was rewarded with outstanding growth in total sales across the convenience channel; recorded as more than twice the market average.
