M&S Foods retained srcg to implement Category Management across their business in partnership with their supplier base. The result was a transformation in the way the business approached its shopper needs, resulting in a significant commercial benefit, with like for like food sales increasing by over 6%, compared to an IGD reported industry average of only 2%.
